Comets Website to Have Game Day Updates During the National Championship

Columbus, OH -- Watch the website as the Comets progress in the Women?s Football Alliance (WFA) National Championship Game on Saturday, July 31 versus the Lone Star Mustangs.
?There are a lot of fans who cannot make the journey to Las Vegas and will be wondering what is going on Saturday night. Our fan base is very loyal and we made a decision to try to keep them up-to-date on the game. Therefore, we have made arrangements with the webmaster to get the scores to him at the end of each quarter and get them posted on our website as soon as possible,? said Head Coach Hank Patterson. ?We are appreciative of Nickey Media working with us to avail our fans this opportunity. So barring any technology difficulties we hope to keep all informed of the score as soon as possible after each quarter,? he continued.
The Comets continue preparation this week for the National Championship Game. The Comets will be in Las Vegas on Friday to finalize the game preparations. Both the Comets website and the Women?s Football Alliance site have more information on the game.
