Columbus Comets Begin 2009 Season with O.Y.F.F.A. Night
April 13th, 2009 - COLUMBUS, OHIO
The Columbus Comets women's full contact football team opens the 2009 season this Saturday at home vs. the Pittsburgh Force.
The Comets are pleased to announce that Opening Day 2009 is NFL Youth Flag Football Night! In conjunction with the coed Ohio Youth Flag Football Association headed by NFL veteran and former Columbus Destroyer Cecil Doggette, 2 O.Y.F.F.A. teams will scrimmage under the lights in a halftime exhibition!
All O.Y.F.F.A. Players who wear their jersey will get in free, with 2 family members admitted for the reduced ticket price of $5 each.
